Als Projektmanager / Rolloutmanager TENTAC (m/w/d) steuerst du die Einführung und Migration unserer TENTAC Plattform bei Kunden aus der Energiewirtschaft. Du koordinierst Teams, Teilprojekte und Stakeholder, behältst Termine, Qualität und Budget im Blick und begleitest unsere Kunden bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.

Was wir gemeinsam vorhaben

  • Steuerung von TENTAC-Rolloutprojekten: Du planst und steuerst Einführungs- und Migrationsprojekte und behältst Termine, Ressourcen, Budget und Qualität im Blick.
  • Koordination der Teilprojekte: Du bringst Themen wie Prozesse, Migration, Architektur & Integration, Test, Schulung sowie Cutover und Go-Live zusammen.
  • Kunden- und Stakeholdermanagement: Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, moderierst Workshops und Statusgespräche und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation.
  • Projektcontrolling & Governance: Du erstellst Projektpläne und Reports, bereitest Projekt- und Lenkungskreise vor und steuerst Risiken sowie Eskalationen.
  • Rollout & Transformation: Du stellst die Anwendung von TENTAC-Standards und Best Practices sicher, koordinierst Rollout-Wellen und begleitest die fachliche und organisatorische Transformation beim Kunden.
  • Go-Live & Stabilisierung: Du koordinierst Test, Cutover, Go-Live und die anschließende Hypercare-Phase und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam die Go-Live-Readiness sicher.

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter oder Programmmanager in IT-, Transformations- oder vergleichbaren Projekten
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, SAP Utilities oder Plattform-Einführungsprojekten
  • Kenntnisse der energiewirtschaftlichen Kernprozesse
  • Erfahrung im klassischen und hybriden Projektmanagement sowie im Stakeholder- und Risikomanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira, Confluence, MS Project oder Planner
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Nice to have:

  • Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement, z. B. PMI, PRINCE2 oder IPMA
  • Erfahrung mit SaaS- und Plattformmodellen
  • Kenntnisse in Migration, Testmanagement und Cutover
  • Erfahrung mit mehreren parallelen Rollouts
