Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do nosso time de Anti-Financial Crime e atuará diretamente com PLD/FTP ligado a criptoativos, garantindo conformidade, melhoria de processos e eficiência nas operações.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Atuar como ponto focal técnico de PLD/FTP para o negócio de criptoativos, apoiando o desenvolvimento de produtos, fluxos operacionais e expansão de mercado com visão de risco e compliance desde a concepção
  • Conduzir análises de monitoramento de operações com visão crítica para identificar padrões atípicos e tipologias de PLD/FTP específicas do ecossistema cripto, incluindo análise on-chain e off-chain
  • Contribuir para a definição e revisão contínua de parâmetros sistêmicos e cenários de monitoramento, avaliando a efetividade dos alertas existentes e propondo melhorias e ajustes orientados a risco
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos para comitês internos, dossiês de investigação e Comunicações ao Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (COAF), garantindo profundidade analítica, clareza e sustentação regulatória
  • Conduzir processos de Conheça seu Cliente (KYC) e Conheça seu Parceiro (KYP) com foco em clientes e contrapartes do segmento de ativos virtuais
  • Executar investigações aprofundadas envolvendo criptoativos, exchanges, wallets, rastreabilidade de transações e origens on-chain
  • Acompanhar o desenvolvimento regulatório nacional e internacional relacionado a Provedores de Serviços de Ativos Virtuais (VASP), ativos virtuais e PLD/FTP, contribuindo para o posicionamento estratégico do Inter nesse ambiente
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento operacional da área de PLD/FTP cripto na medida em que o negócio escalar, incluindo a estruturação de processos, ferramentas e controles
  • Orientar analistas de níveis anteriores, promovendo boas práticas de investigação e qualidade analítica

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Direito, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em PLD/FTP, com ao menos 2 anos atuando com ativos virtuais, exchanges ou VASP
  • Experiência prévia em bancos, instituições financeiras, fintechs ou exchanges com atuação regulada
  • Conhecimento sólido em criptoativos e suas dinâmicas operacionais: on-chain/off-chain, wallets, corretoras, padrões de transação e tipologias de PLD/FTP no ecossistema cripto
  • Proficiência profissional em inglês (leitura, escrita e conversação em contexto técnico e de negócios)

Desejáveis:

  • Certificação Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) ou equivalente.
  • Excel intermediário/avançado.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de análise on-chain como Chainalysis, Elliptic e/ou TRM Labs
