Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo Você fará parte do time de Investment Business Strategy e atuará diretamente com dados e inteligência analítica para a vertical de investimentos do Inter. A área entrega análises de performance e receita (Renda Fixa, Fundos, Renda Variável, Corretagem, Previdência, COE, Investshop e outros), dashboards estratégicos e sales intelligence para apoiar times comerciais e de produto na tomada de decisão.

Sua missão será reduzir processos operacionais manuais, construir e evoluir dashboards estratégicos, e desenvolver análises que transformem dados em decisões — conectando o que os números mostram com o que o negócio precisa.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Construir e evoluir dashboards de performance comercial e de produtos da vertical de investimentos no Tableau Cloud.
  • Desenvolver queries em SQL no data lake (Trino/Starburst ou similar) para análise e apuração de receita por produto (Renda Fixa, Fundos, Renda Variável, Corretagem e outros).
  • Criar automações em Python para extração, consolidação, validação e padronização de dados.
  • Apoiar a consolidação e padronização de bases distribuídas em múltiplas fontes, contribuindo para a migração progressiva para o data lake.
  • Mapear e reduzir processos operacionais manuais, propondo soluções mais eficientes e escaláveis (automações, fluxos e melhorias de controle).
  • Suportar iniciativas de inteligência de vendas (sales intelligence): análise de carteiras, segmentação de clientes e identificação de oportunidades comerciais.
  • Identificar proativamente riscos, anomalias e oportunidades de negócio com base em dados.
  • Apoiar o planejamento estratégico da área com análises ad hoc e apresentações para lideranças e parceiros internos.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência com análise de dados e construção de dashboards em ferramentas de BI (Tableau, Power BI ou similares).
  • Conhecimento sólido em SQL para consultas em bases de grande volume (vivência com data lake é um diferencial).
  • Experiência com Python para automações e manipulação/consolidação de dados.
  • Capacidade analítica para transformar dados em insights acionáveis para o negócio.
  • Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharias, Estatística, Matemática, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Boa comunicação para apresentar análises de forma clara a públicos técnicos e não técnicos, com habilidade de “data storytelling”.
  • Organização e atenção a detalhes, especialmente na validação de dados e controles operacionais.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência prévia no mercado financeiro e/ou com produtos de investimentos.
  • Conhecimento em ambientes de data lake / cloud (ex.: AWS) e ferramentas como Trino/Starburst.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de ETL (ex.: Tableau Prep Builder ou similares).
  • Certificação CPA / C Pro-R (ANBIMA)
  • Inglês intermediário para leitura de documentação técnica e conteúdos da área de dados.
