Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo:

Você fará parte do nosso time de Produto e atuará diretamente com o Hub e Inter Maps, buscando a execução de novas features, acompanhando projetos, garantindo a qualidade e prazos nas entregas.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Alinhar Produto, Tech, UX, Dados, Comercial, Marketing e Parceiros sobre prioridades, responsabilidades e prazos, mantendo visibilidade do que está funcionando, quebrado ou bloqueado.
  • Mapear fluxos entre as áreas, identificar gargalos e redesenhar processos que suportem a operação e evolução do HUB e Inter Maps, documentando desde a entrada de uma demanda até a sua entrega.
  • Manter a base centralizada de bugs com classificação por criticidade e garantir que os itens mais críticos sejam resolvidos com a velocidade adequada.
  • Construir e manter o roadmap, equilibrando correções, melhorias e iniciativas de crescimento de forma acessível para todas as áreas.
  • Monitorar os principais indicadores, CTR, conversão, GMV, taxa de retorno e cross-sell, transformando dado em decisão e decisão em ação.
  • Produzir comunicações objetivas para a liderança com entregas realizadas, itens em andamento, riscos ativos e próximos passos.
  • Identificar o que está impedindo entregas, acionar as pessoas certas e garantir que nenhuma decisão crítica fique em aberto.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Formação superior COMPLETA em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida como Product Manager em ambientes digitais, de preferência com produtos de média ou alta complexidade;
  • Capacidade de transitar com clareza entre times técnicos e áreas de negócio;
  • Senso de priorização apurado, saber o que entra, o que não entra e por quê;
  • Experiência com mapeamento e documentação de processos (fluxogramas, swimlanes ou similares);
  • Orientação a dados: usar número para tomar decisão, não apenas para reportar;
  • Organização acima da média e conforto em trabalhar com múltiplas frentes simultâneas;
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis e rituais de squad.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência com marketplace, plataformas de benefícios ou ecossistemas com múltiplos parceiros;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas como Jira, Miro ou similares;
  • Conhecimento de métricas de produto como CTR, conversão, GMV e funil de aquisição.
