Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo Como Commercial Master em Agronegócios, você fará parte da estrutura da VP Atacado > Diretoria PJ > Produtos Agronegócios/Comercial, atuando de forma estratégica na expansão da carteira de clientes PJ do segmento Agro.

Sua missão será impulsionar a originação de negócios junto a Agroindústrias e Cooperativas, com foco em prospecção de novas contas, estruturação de oportunidades e recomendação das melhores soluções de crédito rural. Você trabalhará em parceria com as Plataformas Middle e Corporate de Minas Gerais, São Paulo e Paraná, apoiando o relacionamento com grupos econômicos relevantes do setor.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Atuar nas vendas especializadas de produtos de Agronegócios para as Plataformas Middle e Corporate em MG, SP e PR.
  • Prospectar e abrir novas contas PJ, com foco em Agroindústrias e Cooperativas.
  • Expandir e aprofundar o relacionamento com grupos econômicos do Agronegócio, identificando oportunidades comerciais e de crédito.
  • Atuar como suporte ao(à) Gerente Corporate, apoiando a captura, organização e análise de informações dos clientes.
  • Realizar visitas pontuais aos clientes para conhecer suas operações, contexto de negócio e necessidades financeiras.
  • Interagir com clientes e áreas internas para entender o momento da empresa e identificar o melhor enquadramento de soluções de Crédito Rural.
  • Apoiar a estruturação de operações, incluindo o aprofundamento de informações e análise de garantias.
  • Contribuir para a formalização das operações, garantindo visão documental e aderência aos requisitos aplicáveis.
  • Apoiar a estruturação e avaliação de garantias, como Alienação Fiduciária Guarda-Chuva, Duplicatas, FGI e demais modalidades.
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com áreas parceiras, assegurando qualidade, agilidade e consistência na condução das oportunidades.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Graduação completa.
  • Experiência no setor de Agronegócios, com atuação comercial e/ou de crédito.
  • Histórico comprovado de atendimento e gestão de relacionamento com Grupos Econômicos do Agronegócio.
  • Conhecimento de produtos financeiros e de crédito voltados ao setor, como CPR, Funcafé, ACC, NDF e BNDES.
  • Conhecimento das regras de Crédito Rural Obrigatório — MCR 6.2.
  • Conhecimento de formalização de operações, com visão e organização documental.
  • Entendimento de garantias, incluindo Alienação Fiduciária Guarda-Chuva, Duplicatas, FGI e demais estruturas aplicáveis.
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento para interlocução com clientes e áreas internas.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência prévia com prospecção direta e abertura de novas contas no segmento PJ Agro.
  • Vivência em bancos, cooperativas de crédito, instituições financeiras ou empresas do ecossistema de Agronegócios.
  • Conhecimento do mercado de Agroindústrias e Cooperativas nas regiões de Minas Gerais, São Paulo e Paraná.
