Você fará parte do time CBPJ — Customer Business Pessoa Jurídica, em Belo Horizonte/MG, responsável pelo relacionamento e desenvolvimento de negócios com clientes Pessoa Jurídica de alto valor.

Sua missão será conhecer profundamente cada cliente, entendendo seus desafios, objetivos e momento de negócio para oferecer um atendimento próximo, consultivo e resolutivo. A partir da construção de relações de confiança e da entrega consistente de valor, você identificará oportunidades para conectar os clientes às soluções do Inter.

No seu dia a dia, você vai

  • Gerir uma carteira de clientes Pessoa Jurídica, construindo relacionamentos próximos, estratégicos e duradouros;
  • Compreender as necessidades, o perfil e o momento de cada cliente, realizando análises consultivas para oferecer soluções personalizadas e relevantes;
  • Realizar atendimentos e negociações com empatia, agilidade e foco em resolutividade;
  • Garantir uma experiência de atendimento de excelência em toda a carteira, com acompanhamento proativo e entrega consistente de valor;
  • Identificar oportunidades comerciais por meio da escuta ativa e do conhecimento do negócio de cada cliente, apresentando as soluções do Inter de acordo com seu contexto;
  • Gerir o pipeline comercial de ponta a ponta, organizando oportunidades desde a prospecção até o fechamento e o acompanhamento posterior;
  • Monitorar e atuar para o atingimento dos indicadores de relacionamento, satisfação, produtividade e objetivos comerciais mensais;
  • Acompanhar tendências do mercado financeiro e movimentos da concorrência, utilizando esses conhecimentos para enriquecer conversas e identificar oportunidades.

O que buscamos

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Certificação CPA-20 ou CPRO-R;
  • Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Finanças, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com relacionamento e atendimento a clientes (B2B), preferencialmente com gestão de carteira.
  • Perfil consultivo, empático, proativo e orientado à resolução de problemas;
  • Excelente comunicação e habilidade para construir relações de confiança com diferentes perfis de clientes e parceiros internos;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Belo Horizonte/MG.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência com produtos e soluções financeiras para clientes Pessoa Jurídica, tais como: Conta PJ; Meios de pagamento; Adquirência e maquininhas; Crédito e capital de giro; Antecipação de recebíveis; Cobrança;
  • Vivência em segmentos como bancos, fintechs, adquirência, meios de pagamento ou plataformas de gestão para empresas;
  • Conhecimento de mercado financeiro, gestão de carteira e atendimento consultivo;
  • Comunicação clara, boa dicção e escuta ativa;
  • Interesse em atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e centrado no cliente.
