Você fará parte do time de Middle Office da Inter Asset, a gestora de investimentos do Grupo Inter. Aqui, você terá a oportunidade de conhecer de perto a rotina de uma gestora de recursos, atuando no suporte para garantir que os fundos de investimento estejam aptos a operar e movimentar, por meio de rotinas societárias e cadastrais, contratação e diligência de parceiros e relacionamento com plataformas do mercado.

O Middle Office atua como área de suporte para toda a Inter Asset, com interface constante com Administração de Fundos, Distribuição (interna e externa), áreas comerciais, Jurídico, Compliance, PLD e Riscos — em um ambiente colaborativo, com múltiplas demandas e prazos.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Apoiar o cadastro de fundos de investimento, garantindo preenchimento e atualização das informações necessárias;
  • Abrir e acompanhar demandas de análise de PLD e diligência de parceiros;
  • Realizar e acompanhar cadastros junto a corretoras, distribuidores e outros parceiros;
  • Atualizar informações e controles nos sistemas utilizados pela área;
  • Organizar informações e acompanhar solicitações para garantir que os processos avancem corretamente;
  • Interagir com áreas internas e parceiros externos para apoiar a conclusão das etapas dos processos;
  • Apoiar o time nas demais rotinas societárias e cadastrais relacionadas aos fundos;
  • Desenvolver visão prática sobre o funcionamento e os controles do mercado de fundos na rotina do Middle da Inter Asset.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Estar cursando Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico a intermediário em Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e Word;
  • Perfil organizado, colaborativo e atento aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com diferentes pessoas e parceiros;
  • Disposição para lidar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente, acompanhando processos até a conclusão;
  • Aceitação de bolsa e atuação em regime presencial.

Desejáveis:

  • Interesse em aprender sobre fundos de investimento e o mercado financeiro;
  • Experiência prévia no mercado financeiro (não é obrigatória e pode ser flexibilizada).
