Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo:

Você fará parte do nosso time de Compliance Regulatório e terá a missão de apoiar as atividades da área nos temas regulatórios do sistema financeiro.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Controlar, organizar e manter atualizadas as demandas de órgãos reguladores e autorreguladores, assegurando a qualidade das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos;
  • Apoiar auditorias externas, contribuindo com a organização de evidências, coleta de informações, acompanhamento de planos de ação e gestão de prazos;
  • Apoiar as rotinas de governança, colaborando para a organização dos processos, a consistência dos dados e a melhoria contínua dos fluxos internos;
  • Acompanhar os indicadores da área, apoiando na consolidação de dados, na elaboração de relatórios e na preparação de apresentações gerenciais;
  • Formalizar, registrar e acompanhar não conformidades regulatórias, garantindo a rastreabilidade e os controles adequados;
  • Monitorar diariamente movimentações e atualizações regulatórias, apoiando o registro e a disseminação das informações relevantes para as áreas envolvidas.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Graduação em andamento em Direito;
  • Pacote Office com boa desenvoltura, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Noções/conhecimento sobre o sistema financeiro nacional e seus órgãos reguladores e autorreguladores (Bacen, CVM, ANBIMA, entre outros);
  • Familiaridade com processos de auditoria, controles internos ou gestão de riscos;
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações.

Desejáveis:

  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de gestão de múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;
  • Boa capacidade analítica para interpretação de normas, dados e indicadores;
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva, com habilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos;
  • Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade no acompanhamento de prazos e compromissos;
  • Perfil colaborativo e orientado à melhoria contínua dos processos.
