Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do nosso time de TI atuando na vertical de Fundos de Investimentos e atuará diretamente com sistemas terceiros e internos, garantindo disponibilidade, conformidade, melhoria de processos e eficiência nas operações. Nossa área atende 3 diretorias, Administração, Distribuição e Gestão de Fundos de Investimentos. Além de cuidar de toda parte de investimento de Fundos do nosso Super App.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Monitorar dashboards, alertas e a saúde de APIs, jobs, serviços e banco de dados dos sistemas de Fundos de Investimentos.
  • Investigar degradação e falhas (latência, integração, job travado, lentidão em SQL Server) e atuar na causa, não só no sintoma.
  • Participar ou liderar a resposta a incidentes: diagnóstico, mitigação, comunicação com desenvolvimento, infraestrutura e negócio, registro e lições aprendidas.
  • Apoiar ou executar deploys, atualizações e manutenções em homologação e produção, com checklist, validação e plano de rollback.
  • Analisar picos de processamento (fundos, liquidação, relatórios), identificar gargalos e propor ajustes de performance e capacidade.
  • Atender demandas operacionais da área (processamento, posição, integração com custódia) e apoiar o time de desenvolvimento com logs, traces e métricas.
  • Seguir e reforçar controles de acesso, secrets, rede e mudanças, documentando procedimentos e runbooks.
  • Automatizar rotinas repetitivas, reduzir ruído de alerta e antecipar riscos com observabilidade e melhoria contínua.
  • Atuar em sobreaviso 1 ou 2 vezes na semana, das 18h às 23:59, em janelas críticas de mercado e processamento em lote.
  • Trabalhar em sustentações e projetos das 3 áreas Administração, Distribuição e Gestão de Fundos de Investimentos.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Ensino superior completo.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.
  • Disponibilidade para sobreaviso 1 ou 2 vezes na semana, das 18h às 23:59.
  • Experiência com SQL Server em produção: consultas, performance, rotinas e suporte a processos.
  • Conhecimento de AWS voltado à operação e ao troubleshooting de ambientes críticos.
  • Experiência com observabilidade (métricas, logs e traces) para monitorar ambientes e investigar incidentes.
  • Experiência com Kubernetes, containers e nuvem na operação de serviços em produção.
  • Conhecimento de Git e bancos relacionais para analisar lentidão e falhas de dados.
  • Experiência em gestão de incidentes e mudanças (chamados, comunicação, runbooks).
  • Inglês intermediário (leitura de documentação, logs e comunicação básica).
  • Perfil hands-on em operação crítica, com senso de urgência, calma em incidente e ownership até a causa raiz.

Desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento em investimentos e Fundos de Investimento (ciclo de vida, liquidação, custódia).
  • Certificação AWS.
  • Experiência com Alteryx.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao dia a dia (incluindo Cursor).
  • Vivência em operação crítica de mercado financeiro (bancos, gestoras, administradoras ou custódia).
  • Experiência com modernização de sistemas legados e integrações entre sistemas.
