Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo:

Você fará parte do time de Merchant Services e atuará em operações , elaboração de demandas, conduzir projetos, atuar em processos de Sox e Auditoria. Será responsável por identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, desenvolver indicadores e controles, apoiar automações e fortalecer a governança operacional e financeira.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Estruturar e fortalecer processos operacionais, reduzindo dependência de controles manuais e aumentando a eficiência da operação;
  • Identificar gaps, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria contínua, implementando soluções sustentáveis e escaláveis;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar KPIs e indicadores que tragam maior visibilidade e confiabilidade para a tomada de decisão;
  • Criar controles e “cercas de proteção” para reduzir erros, retrabalho e inconsistências operacionais e financeiras;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de automação e padronização de rotinas, aumentando produtividade e qualidade operacional;
  • Organizar fluxos, governança e acompanhamentos da área, garantindo maior previsibilidade e controle da operação;
  • Atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e stakeholders para destravar demandas e implementar melhorias;
  • Promover uma cultura de organização, senso crítico e melhoria contínua no dia a dia da operação.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Estatística, Ciências Contábeis, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Tableau ou ferramentas de visualização de dados (intermediário/avançado);
  • Construção e acompanhamento de KPIs e indicadores operacionais/financeiros;
  • Análise e mapeamento de processos;
  • Melhoria contínua e resolução de problemas;
  • Estruturação de controles operacionais e financeiros;
  • Organização e governança de rotinas operacionais;
  • Automação de processos e ganho de eficiência operacional;
  • Capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico;
  • Comunicação executiva e relacionamento com stakeholders.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiencia em empresas de grande porte e que tenha relação com áreas e pessoas;
  • Power Query, SQL ou linguagens de automação/análise de dados serão considerados diferencial;
  • Inglês intermediário será considerado diferencial.
