Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo Como Products Specialist I, você será o elo estratégico entre Assessoria Comercial (Canal Alta Renda), Growth, Produto, UX e Tech, garantindo que a estratégia digital e as necessidades do canal se traduzam em jornadas relevantes para o cliente de alta renda — com digital e assessoria operando de forma complementar, no momento certo e com o propósito certo.

A missão da posição é orquestrar prioridades, alinhar stakeholders e manter uma visão integrada de performance, garantindo que todas as áreas cross estejam olhando o mesmo desafio e direcionando esforços para os objetivos corretos do negócio: receita, AuC e quantidade de investidores. É um papel de orquestração e governança, não de execução direta de backlog.

O ambiente é colaborativo e propício para propor ideias, questionar, construir soluções e tomar decisões com autonomia.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Orquestrar interfaces e governança de priorização entre Comercial, Growth, Produto, UX e Tech, traduzindo dores e oportunidades do canal em critérios acionáveis, com contexto, impacto esperado e recomendações para fóruns de decisão (sem assumir gestão direta dos backlogs).
  • Garantir a governança da jornada híbrida (digital + assessoria), assegurando uma experiência fluida entre canais, com SLAs definidos e “passagem de bastão” rastreável.
  • Identificar e validar os momentos críticos em que o cliente deve ser direcionado ao assessor — tanto em comunicações de Growth quanto dentro do app.
  • Manter uma visão consolidada do cliente de alta renda, tratando digital e assessoria como canais complementares, monitorando métricas de comportamento, engajamento e resultado financeiro (captação líquida, receita, AuC, resgates) por segmento.
  • Atuar com inteligência e análise de dados para apoiar decisões, priorizações e recomendações, garantindo alinhamento entre estratégia e execução cross.
  • Apoiar a evolução de rituais, processos e formas de trabalho entre áreas, estruturando governanças do zero quando necessário.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Vivência sólida em jornada do cliente e estratégia comercial digital em serviços financeiros, fintechs, wealth management ou distribuição de investimentos.
  • Experiência em ambientes com alta complexidade operacional, múltiplos canais e stakeholders com agendas distintas, com habilidade de influência e alinhamento sem autoridade formal.
  • Capacidade analítica e visão integrada do cliente de alta renda, conectando comportamento digital, interação com assessor e resultado financeiro.
  • Excelente comunicação, escuta ativa e maturidade para navegar fóruns e decisões: saber dizer “não” com critério e “sim” com argumento.
  • Conhecimento prático de Excel, leitura de dados e uso de ferramentas de IA para apoiar produtividade e análises.

  • Certificações C-Pro R e C-Pro I.
  • Inglês para leitura e análise de tendências e novidades de outros mercados (podemos abrir mão, se necessário).
