Você fará parte do time de Gestão de Receita e Dados da Interpag, uma área enxuta, de alta visibilidade e com atuação transversal, responsável por habilitar decisões de receita, margem e portfólio com dados e ferramentas confiáveis. Aqui, você vai conectar Portfólio, Comercial e Pricing no dia a dia, apoiando desde o fechamento de rentabilidade (P&L) e inteligência de mercado até a mensuração do “antes e depois” de decisões que impactam TPV, receita e margem.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Analisar P&L de ofertas, produtos e projetos, com alocação clara e leitura de rentabilidade;
  • Atuar como ponte analítica com o Time de Pricing, apoiando: simulações, elasticidade, políticas de exceções e materiais para o Comitê de Pricing;
  • Mensurar o impacto de mudanças de preço e iniciativas de negócio, garantindo governança e acompanhamento sistemático;
  • Produzir benchmark e GAP competitivo em produtos de aceitação e transformar insights em ações com Pricing e/ou Comercial;
  • Consultar dados via SQL (lake) e estruturar análises para suportar priorização de portfólio por rentabilidade;
  • Especificar necessidades de dados e análises para outras frentes quando a base ainda não suporta decisões;
  • Apoiar discussões de GTM, público-alvo e argumento comercial em parceria com Produtos, quando priorizado no roadmap;
  • Documentar análises e recomendações com clareza (storytelling) para liderança e áreas parceiras;
  • Conduzir estudos analíticos alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos da Interpag, da hipótese à implantação e mensuração.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos;
  • Domínio de SQL para consulta e exploração de dados;
  • Excel e PowerPoint (PPT) para análises, síntese executiva e comunicação com stakeholders;
  • Experiência com Tableau (criação e consumo de dashboards/indicadores);
  • Familiaridade com uso de ferramentas de IA no dia a dia para produtividade e análises (ex.: Cursor/IA ou similares);
  • Forte capacidade analítica com visão de negócio (receita, margem, portfólio e performance);
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de estruturar recomendações de forma clara para diferentes públicos;
  • Proatividade, senso de ownership e accountability pelas entregas;
  • Colaboração cross-funcional e capacidade de influência sem autoridade.

Desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento do mercado de adquirência / meios de pagamento (aceitação, adquirentes, antecipação de recebíveis);
  • Python para análises e automações (desejável; pode ser flexibilizado);
  • Vivência com temas de pricing (elasticidade, exceções, mensuração de iniciativas) e/ou revenue management.
