Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo Você fará parte do time de Market Risks do Inter, responsável pelo monitoramento dos riscos financeiros de todas as operações da instituição. Como Risk Assistant, sua missão será apoiar a diretoria de riscos na expansão do uso de dados, modelos estatísticos e automações, contribuindo para aumentar a eficiência operacional e a qualidade das informações usadas na gestão de riscos.

Você atuará em um ambiente com grande volume de dados e alta demanda analítica, trabalhando próximo aos times de negócio e stakeholders como DCM, Administração Fiduciária e DTVM, traduzindo necessidades em soluções práticas e escaláveis.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Trabalhar próximo aos times de negócio, traduzindo problemas em soluções analíticas escaláveis.
  • Realizar análises exploratórias, estudos ad-hoc e experimentações para identificar padrões, riscos e oportunidades.
  • Desenvolver automações para ganho de eficiência nos processos, incluindo criação de cálculos financeiros para apoiar lideranças.
  • Desenvolver, treinar e validar modelos estatísticos para diferentes aplicações de negócio.
  • Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards para apoiar a tomada de decisão, apresentando análises e recomendações de forma clara para públicos técnicos e não técnicos.
  • Compreender regras de negócio e traduzi-las em indicadores e soluções analíticas.
  • Reportar problemas de qualidade de dados e apoiar times técnicos na investigação e resolução das causas.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ou formação completa em ensino superior (áreas correlatas a dados/negócios/engenharias).
  • Conhecimento de Python e bibliotecas de dados (ex.: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
  • Conhecimento em SQL e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados.
  • Familiaridade com Ciência de Dados e/ou Engenharia de Dados.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de BI (dashboards e relatórios).
  • Perfil analítico e organizado, com capacidade de aprendizado rápido, proatividade e curiosidade intelectual.

Desejáveis:

  • Interesse e/ou conhecimento em produtos financeiros e bancários (ou intenção clara de desenvolver conhecimento no tema).
  • Experiência prévia em ambientes orientados a dados e/ou área financeira.
  • Vivência com MLOps, ambientes de nuvem e engenharia de software.
  • Conhecimento de PySpark.
  • Conhecimentos em engenharia de atributos; modelos supervisionados e não supervisionados; séries temporais.
  • Conhecimento de cálculos/matemática financeira.
  • Familiaridade com controle e versionamento de código (ex.: Git).
