Darbo Aprašymas

Šioje pozicijoje Tu būsi atsakinga (-as) už:​

  • Gamybos technologinių režimų užtikrinimą kontroliuojant instrukcijų, parametrų bei reglamentų laikymąsi gamyboje​
  • Naujų produktų ir procesų diegimą aktyviai dalyvaujant bei prisiimant atsakomybę už pažangių technologijų, įrangos ir naujų gaminių įsisavinimą​
  • Inovacijų vertinimą ir analizę atliekant gamybinės bei investicijų atsiperkamumo vertinimus naujiems sprendimams​
  • Sąnaudų optimizavimą ir taupymą efektyviai mažinant gamybos išlaidas ir racionaliai naudojant žaliavas, nepažeidžiant kokybės reikalavimų​
  • Bendradarbiavimą su tiekėjais, užklausų rengimą ir jų įgyvendinimą kartu su projektų komandomis​
  • Kokybės valdymą bei broko analizę prižiūrint pagamintos produkcijos kokybę, analizuojant neatitikčių priežastis bei rengiant problemų šalinimo planus​
  • Technologinės dokumentacijos rengimą ruošiant instrukcijas gamybos skyriams bei operatyviai atnaujinant duomenis keičiantis parametrams

Kvalifikacijos

Mes tikimės, kad Tu: ​

  • Turi aukštąjį išsilavinimą inžinerijos, chemijos, medienos technologijų, gamybos technologijų ar panašioje srityje​
  • Turi patirties gamybos, procesų vystymo, technologijų diegimo ar projektų valdymo srityse​
  • Gebi analizuoti duomenis, identifikuoti tobulinimo galimybes ir priimti pagrįstus sprendimus​
  • Domiesi naujovėmis technologijų, medžiagų ir inovacijų srityje​
  • Gebi efektyviai bendradarbiauti su įvairiomis komandomis ir išoriniais partneriais​
  • Gerai moki kalbas - lietuvių ir anglų​
  • Esi smalsi (-us) technologijoms ir motyvuota (-as) prisidėti prie tvaresnės gamybos vystymo ateities​
