Opis oferty pracy

  • Zarządzanie pracą zespołu Utrzymania Ruchu, w tym planowanie zadań, ustalanie priorytetów, rozwijanie kompetencji i monitorowanie efektywności pracy
  • Zapewnienie ciągłości pracy parku maszynowego poprzez skuteczne planowanie i nadzorowanie przeglądów, konserwacji oraz napraw maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych
  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie działań prewencyjnych oraz rozwiązań zwiększających niezawodność maszyn, ograniczających awaryjność i minimalizujących nieplanowane przestoje
  • Analizowanie przyczyn awarii oraz inicjowanie działań korygujących i doskonalących w oparciu o wskaźniki efektywności Utrzymania Ruchu
  • Planowanie i kontrolowanie budżetu Utrzymania Ruchu, w tym optymalizacja kosztów napraw, części zamiennych, usług serwisowych i eksploatacji urządzeń
  • Współpraca m.in. z działami Produkcji, Lean i Jakości w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów technicznych, usprawniania procesów oraz realizacji projektów modernizacyjnych i inwestycyjnych
  • Nadzorowanie współpracy z zewnętrznymi dostawcami i serwisami technicznymi oraz zapewnienie odpowiedniej dostępności części zamiennych
  • Zapewnienie zgodności działań Utrzymania Ruchu z wymaganiami BHP, obowiązującymi przepisami i standardami technicznymi

Kwalifikacje

  • Wykształcenie techniczne lub praktyczna wiedza techniczna z zakresu budowy, eksploatacji i utrzymania maszyn oraz urządzeń przemysłowych.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem, najlepiej w obszarze Utrzymania Ruchu lub Produkcji, albo doświadczenie w koordynowaniu pracy zespołów technicznych w środowisku produkcyjnym
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem i organizacji pracy
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z eksploatacją, konserwacją i modernizacją maszyn
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
