Als engagierter Träger gestalten wir mit einem motivierten Team abwechslungsreiche Nachmittage für Grundschüler*innen – mit Bewegung, Musik, Theater und kreativen Projekten. Dabei zählt für uns nicht nur die Förderung der Kinder, sondern auch deine Entwicklung als pädagogische/r Mitarbeiter*in.

Deine Aufgaben – vielfältig & sinnstiftend

  • Betreuung und Beaufsichtigung der Schüler*innen im Rahmen der Übermittagsbetreuung
  • Planung und Durchführung von altersgerechten Spiel- und Bewegungsangeboten
  • Unterstützung der Schüler*innen bei schulischen Aufgaben (z.B. Hausaufgaben und Lernzeiten)
  • Förderung sozialer Kompetenzen durch klare Strukturen & wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Beaufsichtigung beim freien Spiel, drinnen und draußen
  • Zuverlässige Wahrnehmung der Aufsichtspflicht
  • Zusammenarbeit und Austausch im pädagogischen Team
  • Begleitung der Kinder beim Mittagessen

Das bringst du mit

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kinderpfleger*in, Heilerziehungspfleger*in und Sozialassistent*in
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern im Grundschulalter hast
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mitbringst
  • teamfähig und kommunikationsstark bist
  • über Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit verfügst
  • zuverlässig bist und ein freundliches, offenes Auftreten hast

Wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich:

  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit mit
  • Du hast Erste-Hilfe-Kenntnisse für Kinder
