Für die Übermittagsbetreuung an der Martin-Luther-King-Schule in Velbert suchen wir ab 15.08.2025 einen engagierten pädagogische Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der mit Herz, Verstand und Organisationstalent den pädagogischen Alltag gestaltet!

Die Gerhart-Hauptmann-Schule in Velbert ist ein Ort, an dem Lernen, Wertschätzung und Gemeinschaft Hand in Hand gehen. Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team begleitet sie Kinder auf ihrem Bildungsweg und gestaltet Schule als einen Ort, an dem sich alle willkommen und wohlfühlen können.

Für unsere Übermittagsbetreuung an dieser Schule suchen wir pädagogische Mitarbeitende – ideal auch für Werkstudierende mit pädagogischem Interesse, die Praxiserfahrung sammeln möchten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Förderung in Kleingruppen: Du unterstützt Kinder individuell, stärkst ihre Selbstständigkeit und schaffst mit Empathie eine positive Lernatmosphäre
  • Aktive Pausen: Du gestaltest bewegte Pausen voller Spaß
  • Betreuung und Begleitung der Schüler*innen in der Übermittagsbetreuung – von der Mittagszeit bis zu den Nachmittagsangeboten
  • Organisation und Durchführung von AGs (z. B. Tischtennis, Federball)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung eigener kreativer, sportlicher oder musisch-kultureller Angebote
  • Förderung sozialer Kompetenzen, Teamfähigkeit und Konfliktlösung
  • Beaufsichtigung von Freispiel- und Ruhephasen
  • Unterstützung bei schulischen Projekten und Veranstaltungen
  • Sicherstellung eines wertschätzenden und respektvollen Miteinanders

  • Studierende der Sozialpädagogik/Sonderpädagogik, Lehramtstudierende oder Quereinsteiger*innen
  • Spaß und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der pädagogischen Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Ausgeprägte soziale und kommunikative Kompetenzen, Teamgeist und Offenheit
  • Belastbarkeit sowie freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
