Worum geht’s?

In unserer stationären Wohngruppe begleiten wir bis zu neun Jugendliche (15 bis 18 Jahre) auf ihrem Weg in ein selbstständiges Leben. Viele von ihnen haben Fluchterfahrungen gemacht – umso wichtiger ist ein sicherer Ort mit stabilen Beziehungen, Struktur und echter Perspektive. Und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel: Du führst das Team, hältst die Fäden zusammen und gibst der Gruppe einen verlässlichen Rahmen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst, entwickelst und unterstützt Dein Team im pädagogischen Alltag.
  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die pädagogische Arbeit und die fachliche Qualität der Wohngruppe.
  • Du steuerst Hilfeplanprozesse, begleitest herausfordernde Situationen und stellst eine professionelle Dokumentation sicher.
  • Du verantwortest Dienstplanung, Organisation, Belegung und die wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Einrichtung.
  • Du leitest Teamsitzungen und entwickelst Strukturen, Prozesse und Angebote kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Jugendämtern, Eltern, Vormündern sowie weiteren Kooperationspartnern zusammen.
  • Du repräsentierst unsere Wohngruppe nach außen und baust regionale Netzwerke aktiv aus.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben sowie unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher.

Das bringst du mit

  • FachlichesStudium/Abschluss im sozialen Bereich Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der stationären Jugendhilfe Kenntnisse im Hilfeplanverfahren & Zusammenarbeit mit dem LVR Routine in Dokumentation & Berichterstattung
  • Kompetenzenidealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder klare Führungsmotivation Empathie, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit Freude am Arbeiten in einem multiprofessionellen Team Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und wirtschaftliches Denken Führerschein Klasse B
