Obiectivul postului:

Obiectivul rolului este de a asigura monitorizarea și controlul performanței financiare și operaționale a companiei, contribuind la fundamentarea deciziilor de business prin furnizarea de analize financiare relevante, rapoarte de management și prognoze financiare.

Rolul are o contribuție activă în procesul de planificare, bugetare și dezvoltare a afacerii, asigurând acuratețea informațiilor financiare și respectarea cerințelor de raportare internă și externă.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Administrează și monitorizează activitățile financiare și operaționale ale companiei, în vederea susținerii obiectivelor de business;
  • Elaborează și urmărește bugetele, forecast-urile și analizele financiare necesare procesului decizional;
  • Revizuiește, analizează și interpretează rapoartele financiare și bugetare, identificând riscuri, oportunități și măsuri de optimizare a performanței;
  • Asigură întocmirea și transmiterea rapoartelor fiscale de asigurări și a altor raportări solicitate de autoritățile competente, în conformitate cu legislația în vigoare;
  • Coordonează activitățile de raportare financiară și contribuie la dezvoltarea și îmbunătățirea sistemelor și proceselor de controlling financiar;
  • Participă la elaborarea prognozelor financiare anuale și la monitorizarea indicatorilor de performanță financiară;
  • Oferă suport financiar și analitic managementului, în vederea evaluării performanței și a oportunităților de dezvoltare;
  • Participă activ la analiza și modelarea scenariilor financiare pentru proiectele de dezvoltare și inițiativele strategice ale companiei;
  • Colaborează cu stakeholderii interni pentru asigurarea unei abordări integrate a proceselor financiare și operaționale;
  • Studii superioare finalizate în domeniul economic, financiar-contabil sau într-un domeniu relevant;
  • Cunoștințe solide de analiză financiară, bugetare, forecasting și raportare de management;
  • Înțelegerea proceselor financiare și contabile, precum și a impactului acestora asupra rezultatelor de business;
  • Capacitatea de a analiza principalele situații financiare: Balance Sheet, P&L și Cash Flow;
  • Experiență de lucru cu sisteme ERP și BI: SAP (reprezintă un avantaj și experiența cu Oracle sau Microsoft Dynamics), precum și utilizarea instrumentelor de raportare Power BI;
  • Cunoștințe avansate de Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, macro-uri de bază);
  • Abilități analitice avansate și capacitatea de a transforma datele financiare în recomandări de business;
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat;
