Obiectivele postului:

Coordonarea operațiunilor de logistică ale punctelor de lucru de care este responsabil, pentru a asigura servicii profesioniste și de calitate pentru clienții interni/externi și parteneri.

Responsabilitățile și sarcinile postului:

Management resurse umane

  • Dezvoltă, îndrumă și coordonează echipa de Operațiuni în scopul îmbunătățirii aptitudinilor membrilor acesteia;
  • Este responsabil de stabilirea obiectivelor pentru echipa pe care o supervizează în termeni de calitate, productivitate, costuri, participă la procesul de recrutare și conduce procesul de evaluare a performanțelor tuturor persoanelor din subordine;
  • Este responsabil de planificarea periodică (zilnică și lunară) a activității desfășurate în cadrul punctului de lucru pe care îl coordonează;
  • Programează și ține evidența concediilor subordonaților săi;
  • Realizează rapoartele specifice în legătură cu activitatea de resurse umane;
  • Întocmește corect și complet dosarele de angajare pentru noii angajați din aria sa.

Logistică și operațiuni

  • Supervizează buna desfășurare a activității, comunică cu toate departamentele implicate pentru a se asigura de buna desfășurare a activității operaționale;
  • Se asigură de primirea de la Depozitul Central a produselor livrate în baza comenzilor transmise și livrarea produselor către Punctele de Tranzit;
  • Este responsabil de buna desfășurare a recepției cantitative și calitative a produselor; urmărește ca toate mărfurile să fie însoțite de documente conform legislației în vigoare;
  • Răspunde de realizarea manipulării, depozitării și conservării produselor primite, în conformitate cu prevederile instrucțiunilor producătorilor și ale procedurilor tehnice specifice;
  • Asigură condițiile și mijloacele necesare, precum și participarea gestionarilor la efectuarea inventarierilor produselor aflate în spațiile de depozitare;
  • Angajează / închiriază mijloace de transport conform cu programarea comenzilor ce depășesc capacitatea flotei;
  • Face recomandări pentru optimizarea costurilor legate de transport; identifică oportunități optime pentru companie.

Parc auto

  • Completează și menține la zi o bază de date computerizată a tuturor vehiculelor;
  • Urmărește menținerea și funcționarea optimă a parcului auto;
  • Asigură întreținerea și repararea în unități de service agreate de societate;
  • Asigură organizarea inspecțiilor, verificărilor și reviziilor periodice pentru parcul auto;
  • Întocmește lunar un raport cu kilometrii efectuați de fiecare mașină;
  • Informează Fleet Managerul și Coordonatorul de Taxe și Asigurări în caz de accidentare a vreunui vehicul, întocmește și soluționează dosarul referitor la accident;
  • Se îngrijește de consumurile specifice parcului (anvelope, lăcăte etc.).

‼️ Poziția este pe o perioadă determinată de 2 ani (înlocuire concediu de îngrijire copil).

📍 Activitatea se va desfășura la sediul noastru din localitatea Dumbrăvița.

  • Studii superioare finalizate;
  • Cunoștințe tehnice de bază în domeniul auto;
  • Bune abilități de comunicare;
  • Operare PC, abilități numerice;
  • Cunoștințe nivel mediu de limba engleză;
  • Etică profesională și integritate personală;
  • Disponibilitate la deplasări;
  • Permis categoria B.
