Key purpose

Regional portfolio management, portfolio development and interface with regional sales team as AM product owner. Active portfolio management and range extension

Responsibilities

End-to-end responsibility for respective portfolio sales & margin in the region (Middle East, Africa, Turkey & CIS-countries) Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans (from business cases to projects execution) for respective portfolio to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/customer requirements in IAM and OES Define, align and execute regional respective portfolio strategy, as part of regional category book workstream Act as the regional AM product owner to support regional front line sales team to ensure flawless go-to-market strategy of existing portfolio and range extensions

Minimum Requirement

Degree /National Diploma

Experience in product management, specification & development processes

Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of product strategy targets

Negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills

Drive for results and execution
