Assistante de Direction

📍 Lieu :

Casablanca

Notre client recherche une Assistante de Direction pour soutenir la Direction Financière et Stratégique du groupe.

Missions principales :

  • Assister la direction dans la gestion administrative quotidienne.
  • Préparer et suivre les dossiers financiers et stratégiques.
  • Organiser les réunions, déplacements et agendas de la direction.
  • Rédiger des comptes-rendus, rapports et présentations.
  • Assurer la communication interne et externe avec les filiales.
  • Participer à des projets transverses selon les besoins de la direction.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+3/5 en Gestion, Secrétariat de Direction ou équivalent.
  • 4 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans un poste similaire, idéalement au sein d’un grand groupe.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit, bon niveau en anglais souhaitable.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Sens élevé de l’organisation, rigueur et réactivité.
  • Discrétion, diplomatie et excellentes qualités relationnelles.
