tl;dr: Interface is looking for a founding Sales Development Representative who is scrappy, competitive, and obsessed with winning. We move fast, work hard, and build pipeline from zero. We want someone who challenges messaging, experiments relentlessly, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. LFG 🚀

who you are:

- make two-way door decisions quickly

- fix things before being told they’re broken

- comfortable prospecting into technical, industrial, and enterprise buyers

- have sold or prospected into real companies with real buying power

- thrive in chaos and ambiguity

🧑‍💻 what you'll do:

- speak directly with prospects about their workflows, problems, and buying triggers

- own outbound prospecting across cold email, LinkedIn, and calling

- research and break into $B+ industrial and energy companies

- qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality meetings

- iterate on messaging based on real conversations, not theory

- move fast — because perfectionism kills momentum

🗣️ real talk:

- you’ll a hands-on GTM manager who has led high-performing SDR teams (120%+ avg quota) and helped SDRs earn AE promotions in under a year

- you’ll get direct feedback, live deal exposure, and real coaching — not just scripts and dashboards results matter more than activity for activity’s sake

- you'll work remote as you'll be closer to our customers

We’re creating an AI-powered auditing platform that fixes errors in regulatory documents, CAD files, and beyond. You’ll be working at the intersection of LLMs, computer vision, and data pipelines to automate compliance in industries where failure is not an option.
