Ben jij iemand die rustig blijft wanneer anderen in paniek raken?

Als Centralist Alarmcentrale ben jij de spil tussen klant, techniek en hulpdiensten. Vanuit onze meldkamer bewaak je de veiligheid van duizenden locaties in Nederland. Je verwerkt alarmmeldingen, beoordeelt situaties en zorgt ervoor dat direct de juiste actie wordt ondernomen.

Of het nu gaat om een inbraakalarm, brandmelding of technische storing: jij houdt het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en schakelt snel wanneer iedere seconde telt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo uitdagend en interessant.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van alarm-, brand-, overval- en storingsmeldingen;
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, installateurs en hulpdiensten;
  • Camerabeelden monitoren en meldingen beoordelen;
  • Prioriteiten stellen en snel de juiste acties inzetten;
  • Registreren en administratief verwerken van meldingen;
  • Ondersteunen bij technische vragen en storingen;
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de meldkamer 24/7 operationeel te houden.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Uurloon vanaf € 17,09 exclusief toeslagen (gediplomeerd? Dan start je met € 17,85);
  • Volledig betaalde Basisopleiding Centralist Alarmcentrale (BOCA) en BHV-opleiding;

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die rustig blijft onder druk, snel kan schakelen en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Je hoeft geen ervaring in de beveiliging te hebben; veel succesvolle centralisten zijn ingestroomd vanuit bijvoorbeeld klantenservice, planning, hospitality, logistiek of technische support. Wij leren je de rest.

Wij vragen:

  • Minimaal mbo 3 of mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling;
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Affiniteit met computers en digitale systemen;
  • Bereidheid om te werken in wisselende diensten (dag, avond, nacht en weekend).
