The posting

In de functie van Coördinator Objectbeveiliging ben je verantwoordelijk voor de efficiënte uitvoering van beveiligingstaken binnen één of meerdere objecten. Je geeft operationeel leiding aan de beveiligers en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze organisatie van de diensten, van planning tot uitvoering. Je bewaakt een goede informatiestroom tussen de beveiligers, de afdeling Planning & Operatie en de leidinggevende. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse personeelsbezetting, het nemen van beslissingen op uitvoerend niveau en het voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken. In samenwerking met de afdeling Planning & Operatie fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en onderhoud je regelmatig contact met hen.

  • Salaris conform CAO Veiligheidsdomein vanaf €18,58 tot €22,40 per uur (exclusief toeslagen). De exacte inschaling is afhankelijk van jouw kennis, ervaring en de mate waarin je voldoet aan het functieprofiel;

Jij brengt mee:

  • Minimaal een diploma Beveiliger niveau 2 (voorheen diploma ABM);
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Een goede fysieke conditie;
  • Flexibele inzetbaarheid;
  • Pré: goede beheersing van Duitse en/of Engelse taal in woord.

Jij bent:

  • In staat om goed te communiceren met medewerkers, bezoekers en cliënten;
  • Goed in het inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers;
  • Sterk in het motiveren, coachen en aansturen van medewerkers.

Een screening door Korpscheftaken is onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure, inclusief een controle op strafrechtelijke verleden zoals bedoeld in artikel 7 lid 2 Wpbr.
