Heb jij recent een hbo-opleiding afgerond of rond je binnenkort jouw studie af? Wil je jezelf ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische organisatie waar veiligheid, dienstverlening en mensen centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Management Trainee binnen de beveiliging iets voor jou.

Als Management Trainee maak je kennis met alle facetten van onze operationele dienstverlening. Je ondersteunt projectmanagers en objectleiders bij de dagelijkse aansturing van onze beveiligingslocaties en leert hoe je een complexe operationele organisatie succesvol organiseert. Zo bouw je stap voor stap ervaring op richting een zelfstandige managementfunctie.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operatie en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf breed te ontwikkelen binnen de afdeling beveiliging.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het ondersteunen bij personeelsplanning en capaciteitsmanagement;
  • Het bewaken van de bezetting op onze beveiligingslocaties;
  • Het ondersteunen van projectmanagers en objectleiders bij operationele vraagstukken;
  • Het onderhouden van contact met medewerkers over inzetbaarheid en roosters;
  • Het opstellen van rapportages en analyseren van operationele gegevens;
  • Het signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen;
  • Het ondersteunen bij kwaliteits-, klachten- en personeelsvraagstukken;
  • Het deelnemen aan projecten gericht op de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Salaris vanaf € 2.970 tot 4.300 bruto per maand. De exacte inschaling is afhankelijk van jouw kennis, ervaring en de mate waarin je voldoet aan het functieprofiel;

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ambitieuze starter die zich wil ontwikkelen tot operationeel manager of projectmanager. Je pakt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt in oplossingen en krijgt energie van organiseren, plannen en samenwerken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde of bijna afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde, HRM, Integrale Veiligheidskunde of Facilitair Management;
  • Interesse in operationeel management en personeelsplanning;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden;
  • Een proactieve en leergierige houding;
  • De ambitie om door te groeien binnen een operationele managementfunctie.
