Voor onze afdeling Mobiele Surveillance zijn wij op zoek naar een stevige projectmanager die de dagelijkse operatie kan aansturen, medewerkers kan begeleiden en processen verder kan professionaliseren. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, medewerkers en de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening iedere dag op het hoogste niveau wordt uitgevoerd.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectmanager Mobiele Surveillance ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, organiseren en optimaliseren van de operationele dienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met planners, teamleiders en surveillanten en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een aantal operationele processen binnen de afdeling.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers binnen de mobiele surveillancedienst;
  • Het bewaken van de personele bezetting en operationele continuïteit;
  • Het onderhouden van klantrelaties en het voeren van evaluatiegesprekken;
  • Het analyseren van operationele prestaties en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • Het signaleren en realiseren van procesverbeteringen;
  • Het behandelen van klachten, incidenten en kwaliteitsvraagstukken;
  • Het opstellen en bewaken van operationele rapportages;
  • Het bijdragen aan verdere groei en professionalisering van de afdeling.

  • Salaris vanaf € 2.970 tot €4.300 bruto per maand. De exacte inschaling is afhankelijk van jouw kennis, ervaring en de mate waarin je voldoet aan het functieprofiel;

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ambitieuze starter die zich wil ontwikkelen tot operationeel manager of projectmanager. Je pakt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt in oplossingen en krijgt energie van organiseren, plannen en samenwerken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde of bijna afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde, HRM, Integrale Veiligheidskunde of Facilitair Management;
  • Interesse in operationeel management en personeelsplanning;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden;
  • Een proactieve en leergierige houding;
  • De ambitie om door te groeien binnen een operationele managementfunctie.
