What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $17.50–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment.
  • Flexible schedules: Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities based on availability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
  • Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and companionship.
  • Support clients with dementia, disabilities, or chronic conditions.
  • Observe and report changes in client condition.
  • Maintain accurate care documentation and follow assigned care plans.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Active Maryland CNA certification.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain before assignment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance when required for assignments.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
  • Previous home-care experience preferred.
