RN or LPN- Outpatient Urology Clinic-Full Time

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking an RN (Registered Nurse) to support an outpatient Urology Clicic. This RN plays a critical role in assisting with procedures and and creating successful outcomes.

Pay Rate: LPN: $45.58- $49.82/ Hour and RN: $63.60 to $74.20 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:45am-4:15pm

Location: St. Louis Park

Role Highlights:

  • Provide phone-based nursing triage, medication refills and clinical guidance
  • Assist with procedures
  • Utilize clinical protocols and documentation systems
  • Collaborate with providers and care teams to support patient outcomes
  • Utilizing the EPIC/ Inbasket system for necessary documentation

Requirements:

  • Active RN Or LPN license in Minnesota
  • Prior experience in a Urology clinic, preferably for at least one year.
  • Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross only)
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls and priorities
