We zoeken een ervaren collega die samen met ons vooruit wil. Jouw ervaring is onze meerwaarde. Je weet hoe het werkt. Kandidaten zoeken, gesprekken voeren, klanten adviseren, vacatures invullen en relaties opbouwen. Je hebt het allemaal al gedaan. Bij vind! engineering zet je die ervaring in binnen een gespecialiseerde omgeving waar technische profielen en bedrijven centraal staan.Wat betekent dat concreet?

  • Je begeleidt kandidaten naar een job die écht bij hen past.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met bedrijven en technische professionals.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten en adviseert hen over hun rekruteringsuitdagingen.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om jouw eigen aanpak, ideeën en ervaring in te brengen.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's die dezelfde passie voor mensen en recruitment delen. We bouwen verder op wat je al kunt en helpen je om je expertise in engineering verder te ontwikkelen.

Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in recruitment of de uitzendsector. Je kent de dynamiek van kandidaten, klanten en targets en weet hoe je duurzame resultaten neerzet. Maar we kijken verder dan je cv.

  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden van mensen en het maken van sterke matches.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en bouwt graag aan langdurige relaties.
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen en jouw mening te delen.
  • Je houdt van samenwerken, maar kunt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe tools, technieken en manieren van werken.
  • Je wilt blijven groeien en misschien op termijn een team mee aansturen.
  • Ervaring met technische profielen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Jouw recruitmentervaring is de basis waarop we verder bouwen.
