El Centro Internacional de la Papa (CIP) se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional para brindar servicios de consultoría orientados a la elaboración de un marco de análisis participativo de paisajes multifuncionales, creado por y para los jóvenes del territorio de Cumbal, Colombia. Cumbal es uno de los paisajes donde el programa MFL-SP está implementando sus actividades de investigación y fortalecimiento territorial. Sin embargo, los jóvenes no han sido considerados formalmente dentro del programa hasta ahora. Esta consultoría responde a la necesidad de desarrollar un marco de análisis del paisaje desde la perspectiva de los jóvenes, elaborado participativamente con ellos. Este marco permitirá evaluar la funcionalidad del paisaje desde sus percepciones y valoraciones, además de fortalecer procesos territoriales complementarios como la red de guardianes de semilla, la red de actores de páramos y el grupo de jóvenes comunicadores. Se requiere un/a consultor/a originario/a de Cumbal o Nariño para asegurar pertinencia cultural y relaciones significativas con jóvenes y actores locales. El trabajo incluye talleres participativos con jóvenes, revisión de literatura y fortalecimiento de la red de guardianes de semilla, actores de páramos y comunicación juvenil. Objetivo: Desarrollar de forma participativa un marco de análisis de paisajes multifuncionales creado por y para los jóvenes de Cumbal, que sirva como base para la evaluación de cómo el paisaje es funcional para ellos, mientras se fortalecen procesos complementarios de conservación de páramos, guardianes de semilla y comunicación juvenil. Entregables / Reportes / Productos De Consultoría: · Entregable 1: Protocolo para realizar el marco de análisis de forma participativa · Entregable 2: Reportes de los talleres realizados con jóvenes y guardianes de semilla · Entregable 3: Tabla de síntesis de revisión de literatura sobre paisajes multifuncionales y participación juvenil · Entregable 4: Marco de análisis de paisajes multifuncionales creado por y para los jóvenes, incluyendo hallazgos, análisis y recomendaciones Duración de la consultoría · El período de la consultoría será desde agosto hasta noviembre 2026. Requirements Criterios de selección: · Título en Ciencias Sociales o disciplinas relacionadas (Sociología, Antropología, Educación, Trabajo Social u otras) · Experiencia demostrada (mínimo 2 años) en trabajo participativo con jóvenes; experiencia en facilitación de procesos de co-creación de conocimientos; gestión de Microsoft Office; deseable: experiencia en agrobiodiversidad o conservación de páramos; deseable: originario/a de Cumbal o Nariño Aplicaciones: Visite el siguiente enlace: http://cipotato.org/open-vacancies/ adjuntando su carta de presentación y un currículum completo junto con sus referencias (preferentemente de supervisores recientes).
