El Centro Internacional de la Papa (CIP) se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional para brindar servicios de consultoría de apoyo técnico al área de ITU en Lima, Perú. La consultoría será presencial. Debido al reemplazo de equipos del staff de Lima, se cuenta con un lote de laptops, monitores y desktops del cual se requiere realizar la revisión de su estado y baja correspondiente. Asimismo, se requiere soporte para el evento de una conferencia internacional de la Unidad del Genebank, de forma permanente en nuestro auditorio durante 1 día (05 de noviembre). Objetivos: · Realizar la baja de equipos según el procedimiento: o Validación de operatividad de hardware. o Depuración y formateo de datos. o Instalación de Windows 11 Pro y drivers. o Completar el formulario de bajas. · Brindar asistencia técnica en el evento de conferencia solicitado por el área de Comunicaciones y Genebank: o Soporte y monitoreo de la conferencia híbrida. o Soporte a usuarios en el auditorio y en Genebank. o Apoyo a usuarios con sus presentaciones. Entregables / Reportes / Productos De Consultoría: Entregable Descripción Entregable 1: Reporte de operación de equipos Realizar el procedimiento de baja de periféricos y equipos de cómputo (10 desktops, 30 pantallas, 6 impresoras y 145 laptops). Entregable 2: Soporte a conferencia de Genebank Asistencia técnica en el evento de conferencia. Requirements Criterios de selección: · Bachiller en ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, computación y/o similares carreras profesionales. · Especialidad en soporte de sistemas operativo Windows, computadoras y perifericos. · Experiencia demostrada (mínimo 1-2 años) en soporte técnico con usuarios con infraestructura de red Windows. · Habilidad de gestión y atención de eventos de conferencias internacionales (Zoom, MS Teams, manejo de equipos audiovisuales), incidencias de cómputo, preparación y formateo de equipos de cómputo, instalación de sistema operativo Windows y sus drivers. · Dominio de inglés intermedio (oral y escrito).
