Especialista en Cadenas de Suministro y Trazabilidad Lima y San Martín, Perú El Centro Internacional de la Papa (CIP), en nombre de Landscape Alliance (CIFOR e ICRAF en acción), requiere los servicios de un/a consultor/a nacional especialista en cadenas de suministro y trazabilidad para el proyecto IKI EUDR. Sobre Landscape Alliance: Landscape Alliance es el nombre operativo del Centro para la Investigación Forestal Internacional (CIFOR) y del Centro Internacional de Investigación Agroforestal (ICRAF). Landscape Alliance transforma la ciencia en acción, liberando el potencial de los árboles, los bosques y los paisajes agroforestales para promover la salud planetaria y el bienestar humano. CIFOR e ICRAF son Organizaciones Internacionales independientes y Centros de Investigación del CGIAR. Sobre la consultoría: El proyecto “Cumplimiento de la normativa de la UE con impacto paisajístico” (IKI EUDR), liderado por la Oficina Regional para América del Sur de la UICN y coordinado en Perú por Landscape Alliance, apoya a los actores de las cadenas de suministro de café y cacao para lograr una producción libre de deforestación conforme a los requisitos del Reglamento de la Unión Europea sobre productos libres de deforestación (EUDR), integrando un enfoque de conservación y restauración a múltiples escalas, con actividades en Lima y San Martín. La consultoría elaborará un inventario y caracterización de los mecanismos/herramientas de trazabilidad y verificación utilizados en la comercialización del café y cacao peruanos, con énfasis en la región San Martín y el mercado europeo. Principales productos: · Reporte preliminar del inventario y caracterización de los mecanismos/herramientas de trazabilidad y verificación (incluidos los sistemas de certificación), elaborado a partir de documentación existente y entrevistas a cooperativas, asociaciones, operadores y comercializadores, que identifique sus brechas y potencial frente al cumplimiento del EUDR (geolocalización, no deforestación, legalidad, debida diligencia, interoperabilidad, entre otros). · Reporte final del inventario y caracterización, que incorpore las observaciones al reporte preliminar. · Propuesta de mecanismo/herramienta que facilite el cumplimiento del EUDR y una producción sostenible, indicando qué elementos existentes deben fortalecerse y cuáles deben incorporarse. Requirements ¿Qué buscamos? · Profesional en economía, agronomía, ingeniería o afín, con grado de maestría. · Especialización en cadenas de valor, trazabilidad, comercialización, agronegocios o exportación. · Al menos 10 años de experiencia laboral, incluyendo experiencia en cadenas de valor de café y/o cacao, trabajo con el sector público y privado, y aplicación de metodologías cualitativas (entrevistas). · Experiencia comprobada en la Amazonía peruana. · Habilidades para el diálogo con actores y conocimiento del EUDR. Condiciones de la consultoría: · Consultoría por productos, del 9 de noviembre de 2026 al 15 de enero de 2027. · Lugar de ejecución: Lima y San Martín, con viajes.
