El Centro Internacional de la Papa (CIP) busca un Investigador/a Asociado/a para el departamento de Biodiversidad. Acerca del CIP: El CIP es parte de la asociación mundial de investigación CGIAR, comprometida con la transformación de los sistemas alimentarios, terrestres y hídricos en una crisis climática. La misión del CIP es desarrollar y compartir innovaciones científicas en papa, camote y otros cultivos de raíces y tubérculos. Trabajamos en más de 20 países para fortalecer los sistemas agroalimentarios y brindar beneficios económicos y nutricionales, especialmente para mujeres y jóvenes. Acerca del puesto: Este rol se desempeñará coordinacion e implementación de investigación interdisciplinaria sobre agrobiodiversidad, sistemas alimentarias y nutrición, e interacciones socio ecológicas a nivel de paisaje. Esta posición estará basada inicialmente en la sede de Lima con una carga de 30 a 50% de viajes de campo y reportará a coordinador del componente de conservación in-situ del programa de Biodiversidad del CIP. Responsabilidades Clave: • Apoyar la planificación e implementación de las actividades del programa de Paisajes Multifuncionales y del proyecto sobre la interacción bosque–peces–alimentos. • Coordinar actividades de investigación participativa con comunidades locales, organizaciones de productores, instituciones públicas y socios del proyecto. • Organizar y supervisar ensayos de campo, parcelas demostrativas y actividades de investigación biológica y socioeconómica. • Coordinar la recolección, sistematización y aseguramiento de la calidad de datos ecológicos, agrícolas y sociales. • Facilitar procesos de co-innovación y aprendizaje conjunto entre investigadores y actores locales. • Coordinar talleres, reuniones, capacitaciones y procesos participativos en campo. • Apoyar la elaboración de protocolos de investigación, planes de trabajo y cronogramas. • Contribuir al análisis, interpretación y la publicación de resultados científicos. • Elaborar informes técnicos, presentaciones, notas de conceptos, propuestas y otros productos. • Cumplir con las normas y políticas establecidas en el CIP. Requirements ¿Qué estamos buscando? • Maestría concluida y con grado académico obtenido en Agronomía, Biología, Ecología, Ciencias Ambientales, Sistemas alimentarias, Antropología Ambiental o carreras afines. • Formación académica en Agronomía, Biología, Ecología, Ingeniería Forestal, Ciencias Ambientales, Sistemas Alimentarios, Antropología o carreras afines con afinidad. • Experiencia profesional de al menos 6 años. • Experiencia específica en agroecología, agrobiodiversidad, sistemas alimentarios sostenibles y/o ciencias interdisciplinarias. • Experiencia coordinando investigación participativa para el desarrollo con comunidades rurales y/o pueblos indígenas, preferentemente en la Amazonía peruana. • Competencias técnicas y de comunicación, incluyendo facilitación de procesos participativos, elaboración de informes técnicos y publicaciones, y capacidad de trabajo en equipos multidisciplinarios.
