Descripción general del trabajo:

El IRC busca un/a médico/a general con experiencia en:

  • Actividades comunitarias de promoción de la salud y prevención de la enfermedad.
  • Manejo integral de la desnutrición moderada y severa.
  • Promoción de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos, contracepción e interrupción voluntaria del embarazo.

Responsabilidades del cargo:

  • Contribuir directamente al cumplimiento de las metas programáticas con el apoyo del equipo, la supervisión, la gerencia y la coordinación del programa.
  • Brindar una atención diaria de entre 20 y 24 usuarios en todos los componentes programáticos, especialmente en el de nutrición.
  • Brindar asesoría y atención para la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo de acuerdo a la sentencia C355/2006.
  • Realizar con éxito las remisiones externas e internas del programa.
  • Entregar diariamente las actividades y atenciones realizadas durante el día en la historia clínica en Software establecido por la organización.
  • Entrega diaria de las estadísticas según las atenciones realizadas y sus diagnósticos.
  • Entrega diaria de Registro Individual de Prestación en Salud – RIPS.
  • Diligenciamiento correcto y oportuno de los eventos de interés en salud pública para su posterior cargue en plataforma SIVIGILA.
  • Hacer un seguimiento integral y oportuno a las personas atendidas.
  • Acompañamiento a las jornadas educativas y capacitación continúa dispuestas por el programa.
  • Elaborar las órdenes de remisión farmacológica de acuerdo con el listado de medicamentos autorizados por la organización.
  • Diligenciar y firmar el formato de Remisión de apoyo diagnóstico en el momento de atención médica.
  • Cumplir con los protocolos establecidos por la organización, el Instituto Departamental de Salud y el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social colombiano.
  • Asegurar la implementación de las recomendaciones generadas por la supervisión, la gerencia y la coordinación del programa salud.
  • Ser responsable de los insumos, dispositivos médicos y otros elementos entregados para el ejercicio de su profesión.

Control de Donaciones & Reporte

  • Entregar periódicamente los reportes de las actividades realizadas por el proyecto.
  • Identificar la subvención por servicio y punto de atención.

Desarrollo del Programa

  • Realizar aportes que contribuyan al enriquecimiento del clima laboral.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de la dirección estratégica del programa.
  • Lograr las metas de cada subvención.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de IRC (ERD, y Protección de Niñez, Educación y Protección y Empoderamiento de la Mujer) como complementariedad de un servicio holístico a la atención inicial de las personas atendidas del programa salud.

Monitoreo y Evaluación

  • Diligenciar y entregar diariamente las estadísticas según atenciones y diagnósticos.
  • Diligenciar bases de datos del programa salud.
  • Realizar con éxito las remisiones externas e internas del programa. Indicador: base de datos de remisiones

Otros

  • Cumplir en el marco normativo según requerimientos de los entes reguladores municipal y departamental.
  • Otras tareas, según lo asignado por el supervisor, para habilitar y desarrollar los programas de IRC.

Requisitos del trabajo:

Fomación:

  • Profesional en medicina, con tarjeta profesional e inscripción en el Rethus vigente.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en actividades comunitarias de Promoción de la Salud y Prevención de la Enfermedad con colectivos de alta vulnerabilidad en flujos migratorios mixtos.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el manejo de mujeres gestantes y mujeres lactantes en flujos migratorios mixtos.

Habilidades preferidas:

  • Disposición para trabajar temas de Salud Sexual y Reproductiva incluyendo acceso a la interrupción voluntaria de embarazo (IVE).
  • Deseable Certificación en el manejo integral de la desnutrición aguda y moderada.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en salud materno – infantil, AIEPI, Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo, Atención Clínica Sobrevivientes de Violencia SVBG y PYP.
  • Expedición póliza vigente de responsabilidad civil extracontractual por daños contra terceros.
  • Habilidades para el trabajo con grupos, trabajo en equipo y trabajo comunitario.
  • Habilidades: para la comunicación escrita y verbal, relaciones interpersonales efectivas y afectivas, trabajo en equipo, facilidad de expresión y vocabulario fluido.
  • Actitudes: Servicio a los demás, alto nivel de tolerancia antes situaciones adversas, empatía, espontaneidad para ayudar y colaborar.
  • Principios y valores: solidaridad, respeto para sí mismo y los demás, responsabilidad, integridad, transparencia, honestidad, veracidad.

  • Salario: $5.690.580 con prestaciones sociales de ley
