Pädagogische Arbeit und Bildung

  • Vermittlung der deutschen Sprache und Kultur in den zehn Bildungsbereichen des Thüringer Bildungsplans wie u.a. sprachliche und schriftsprachliche Bildung, gesundheitsbildung, naturwissenschaftliche Bildung, mathematische Bildung, musikalische Bildung, künstlerisch-ästhetische Bildung etc.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Bildungsangeboten und Monatsplänen gemeinsam mit Ihrer Teamkollegin
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation des individuellen Entwicklungsstandes der Kinder sowie Ableitung gezielter Fördermaßnahmen
  • Gestaltung einer sicheren, anregenden und inklusiven Lernumgebung

Beziehungsarbeit und Elternkontakt

  • Einfühlsame Begleitung der Eingewöhnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Erziehungspartnerschaft
  • Durchführung von Elterngesprächen und regelmäßige Portfoliopflege

Teamarbeit und Qualitätsentwicklung

  • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Teamsitzungen
  • Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung und Evaluation des Thüringer Bildungsplans
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im bilingualen Team
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungen sowie internen Reflexionsprozessen

Organisatorische Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Kinder im Rahmen des regulären Dienstplans (zwischen 07:30 und 16:00 Uhr)
  • Unterstützung im Nachmittagsbereich auch gruppenübergreifend
  • Mitarbeit während der Ferienbetreuung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Projekten, Festen und Ausflügen
  • Sie sind eine deutschsprachige, fachlich qualifizierte Person mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte*r Erzieher*in, einer vergleichbaren pädagogischen Qualifikation oder einem relevanten Hochschulabschluss.
  • Sie haben mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung von Kindern im frühkindlichen Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Begleitung und Pflege von Kindern im Krippenbereich ist wünschenswert.
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und ein hohes Maß an Empathie.
  • Sie sind ambitioniert, teamfähig und bereit, sich in eine mehrsprachige Gemeinschaft mit großer kultureller Vielfalt einzufügen.
  • Vorteilhaft sind Weiterbildungen im Bereich U3 / Sonderpädagogik / Integration / Inklusion / DaZ.
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Französische Sprachkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
