Pädagogische Unterstützung

  • Begleitung von Kindern im Alter von 3 Monaten bis 2 Jahren im Alltag auf Basis des Thüringer Bildungsplans
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Bildungsangeboten und Projekten für U3 Kinder
  • Mitgestaltung einer sicheren und kindgerechten Lernumgebung
  • Hilfe bei pflegerischen Aufgaben (z. B. Hygiene, An- und Ausziehen, Ruhe- und Schlafensphasen)

Beziehungsarbeit und Elternkontakt

  • Unterstützung bei der Eingewöhnung neuer Kinder
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Erziehungspartnerschaft mit den Eltern
  • Aufbau eines liebevollen und vertrauensvollen Kontakts zu den Kindern

Teamarbeit und Organisation

  • Mitarbeit im Gruppenteam unter Anleitung der pädagogischen Fachkräfte
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen
  • Unterstützung im Tagesablauf, auch gruppenübergreifend
  • Mitarbeit in der Ferienbetreuung nach Dienstplan
  • Unterstützung bei Festen, Ausflügen und besonderen Aktivitäten
  • Sie sind deutschsprachige*r Sozialassistent*in/Kinderpfleger*in oder haben eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie haben mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Begleitung und Pflege von Kindern im Krippenbereich.
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und ein hohes Maß an Empathie.
  • Sie sind ambitioniert, teamfähig und bereit, sich in eine mehrsprachige Gemeinschaft mit großer kultureller Vielfalt einzufügen.
  • Vorteilhaft sind Weiterbildungen im Bereich U3 / der Sonderpädagogik / Integration / Inklusion / DaZ.
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Französische Sprachkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
