The posting

Een fabriek waar volop wordt geïnvesteerd in techniek en waar continu verbeteren onderdeel is van de dagelijkse praktijk. Als Maintenance Lead krijg je de ruimte om niet alleen technische problemen op te lossen, maar vooral te zorgen dat we ze steeds beter vóór zijn.

In Doetinchem maken we verschillende soorten noten en pindakaas voor bekende merken als Whole Earth én voor grote retailers. Onze productielijnen draaien volop en ondertussen bouwen we verder aan onze Factory of the Future. Dat vraagt om technische kennis, een analytische blik en de drive om te blijven verbeteren.

Jouw rol als Maintenance Lead

Als Maintenance Lead werk je aan één belangrijk doel: onze installaties en productielijnen steeds betrouwbaarder laten presteren.

Je onderzoekt complexe en terugkerende storingen, analyseert oorzaken en bepaalt wat nodig is om herhaling te voorkomen. Daarbij ben je veel op de productievloer te vinden en werk je nauw samen met operators, Equipment Owners, Line Leads en collega's binnen de technische organisatie.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • het analyseren en structureel oplossen van complexe en terugkerende storingen;
  • het slimmer inrichten en continu verbeteren van preventief onderhoud;
  • het realiseren van technische verbeteringen en deze borgen in onderhoudsplannen en standaarden;
  • het begeleiden en technisch verder ontwikkelen van operators en Equipment Owners;
  • het bijdragen aan technische projecten, bijvoorbeeld als Startup Lead of projectlid.

We werken hierbij volgens ons Integrated Work System (IWS), waarmee we continu verbeteren onderdeel maken van onze dagelijkse manier van werken.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Een technische functie met verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte voor eigen initiatief en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast krijg je:

  • een salaris tussen € 3.580 en € 4.700 bruto per maand;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 12 ATV-dagen;
  • 8% vakantietoeslag;
  • een goede pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding;
  • volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • vier keer per jaar een pakket met Intersnack-producten.

Jouw ingrediënten

Je hebt hbo-werk- en denkniveau en een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting. Je hebt ervaring met maintenance, reliability, engineering of technische verbeteringen binnen een productieomgeving. Werk je nu bijvoorbeeld als Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Engineer of technisch specialist? Dan kan deze rol een mooie volgende stap zijn.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een analytische blik. Je wilt begrijpen waarom een probleem ontstaat, legt verbanden en vertaalt dit naar oplossingen die op de lange termijn werken. Je communiceert makkelijk met collega's op de productievloer en deelt graag jouw technische kennis.
