The posting

Cashews. Heel veel cashews.

In onze fabriek in Zevenaar draait alles om notenproductie op grote schaal. Je werkt met geautomatiseerde uitpaklijnen, controlesystemen die vreemde materialen opsporen en AGV’s die het interne transport verzorgen. Honderden tonnen noten en pinda’s worden hier klaargezet voor verwerking in onze fabrieken in Europa. Ons doel? 400 tot 500 ton per week. De ambitie? Nog veel meer.

Als operator weet jij dat een lijn niet vanzelf goed blijft draaien. Je ziet wanneer iets afwijkt, loopt het proces stap voor stap door en grijpt in voordat er een storing optreedt.

Jij krijgt

  • Direct een contract bij ons, geen uitzendbureau.
  • Werken met moderne, grotendeels geautomatiseerde productielijnen.
  • Salaris tot €4.060 bruto per maand inclusief 15% ploegentoeslag.
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 12 ATV-dagen, reiskostenvergoeding
  • Pensioen waarvan Intersnack 2/3 betaalt.
  • Korting in de personeelswinkel en 4x per jaar een pakket met producten
  • Werken in 2-ploegendienst: van 06:00 tot 14:00 of van 14:00 tot 22:00. Geen nachtdiensten dus.

Onze fabriek in Zevenaar is goed bereikbaar vanuit Arnhem, Doetinchem, Nijmegen en Emmerich.

Wat ga je doen

Als operator zorg jij dat het proces goed, veilig en schoon blijft draaien. In Zevenaar werken we met twee lijnen. De ene lijn is grotendeels volautomatisch: dozen worden automatisch verwerkt, producten gaan door controlesystemen en AGV’s halen bigbags op. De andere lijn vraagt meer handwerk, zoals het lossnijden van dozen, handmatig storten en schoonmaken van de lijn.

Dat maakt je werk afwisselend. Je bedient machines via de HMI, checkt sensoren, lost storingen op en voert kleine controles uit. Daarnaast hoort schoonmaken er bij, want in foodproductie draait het niet alleen om tempo, maar vooral om kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.

Jij brengt

Jij snapt hoe een geautomatiseerd proces werkt en loopt een machine gestructureerd door. Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen, maar technisch inzicht en leergierigheid zijn wel belangrijk.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

• Ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving. • Technisch inzicht om storingen te herkennen en waar mogelijk zelf op te lossen. • Ervaring met HMI-schermen, of het vermogen om dit snel op te pakken. • Een nauwkeurige manier van werken. Je controleert liever één keer extra. • Een hands-on mentaliteit: schoonmaken, bijspringen en meewerken horen erbij. • Goede beheersing van Nederlands. Spreek je vloeiend Engels en leer je Nederlands, dan kan dat ook passen.

Goed om te weten: in de fabriek is het ongeveer 12 graden. Niet warm dus, maar wel schoon en overzichtelijk.
