Grote technische investeringen vragen om iemand die overzicht houdt, de juiste mensen bij elkaar brengt en zorgt dat een plan ook daadwerkelijk werkt in de praktijk van de fabriek. Als Technisch Project Manager CAPEX ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding en uitvoering van grote investeringsprojecten, vanaf het eerste idee tot en met de uiteindelijke overdracht aan Operations.

Wat ga je doen?

Onze ambitie is een Factory of the Future: productielocaties waarin collega's betrokken zijn, verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hun deel van het proces en we verliezen zoveel mogelijk beperken. Technische investeringen spelen daarin een belangrijke rol.

Als Technisch Project Manager CAPEX ben je de brug tussen Operations en Engineering. Je leidt grote, complexe en multidisciplinaire investeringsprojecten, veelal vanaf €200.000, gericht op verbetering, modificatie of uitbreiding van onze proces- en verpakkingsinstallaties. Vanaf het eerste idee tot en met de overdracht is het project onder jouw supervisie. Samen met Operations, Engineering en afdelingen zoals QA, ICT, Packaging, Procurement en QESH werk je het Technical Base Plan en de URS uit. Je past de Engineering Work Processes van Intersnack Group toe en bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen en bewaken van het CAPEX-budget, cost control en de integrale projectplanning.

Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, aannemers en de productieorganisatie en leidt de voortgangsmeetings met het projectteam. Tijdens de realisatie coördineer je de werkzaamheden op locatie en bewaak je veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten en voortgang. Bij afronding zorg je voor een complete overdracht aan Operations en de Technische Dienst, inclusief documentatie, reserveonderdelen en onderhoudsplannen. Meerdere projecten lopen tegelijkertijd en bevinden zich vaak in verschillende fases. Dat vraagt dat je prioriteiten kunt stellen, overzicht houdt en stakeholders duidelijk meeneemt in de voortgang.

Jouw ingrediënten

Je hebt hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau en ruime ervaring met het leiden van complexe, multidisciplinaire CAPEX- of investeringsprojecten binnen een productieomgeving. Je begrijpt technische processen en installaties voldoende om de juiste vragen te stellen, keuzes te beoordelen en specialisten goed aan te sturen. Je kracht ligt vooral in projectmanagement: je brengt structuur aan, bewaakt planning, budget en voortgang en zorgt dat verschillende disciplines effectief samenwerken. Daarbij geef je engineers de ruimte om vanuit hun expertise tot de beste technische oplossing te komen. Je bent een natuurlijke bruggenbouwer tussen Operations, Engineering en andere stakeholders, blijft overzicht houden wanneer belangen uiteenlopen en communiceert duidelijk op verschillende niveaus. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.

Wat bieden wij?

Je komt terecht in een ervaren Engineers-team wat een stevige basis vormt. Je krijgt een zelfstandige rol met veel invloed op de manier waarop we onze productielocaties verder ontwikkelen. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €5.640 - €8.450 op basis van 40 uur, passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 32-40 uur per week, met de intentie om dit daarna om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 3 ADV-dagen per jaar (op fulltime basis);
  • Een pensioenregeling waarbij wij twee derde van de premie betalen;

Je standplaats is Doetinchem, voor je projecten werk je ook regelmatig op onze productielocaties in Lelystad en Hardinxveld-Giessendam. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Engineering.

Je kent ons onder andere van Chio, POM-BÄR, Tyrrells en Whole Earth, maar ook veel private label producten komen uit onze fabrieken. We zijn ondernemend en werken nuchter.
