Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische problemen, speel je een cruciale rol in het leveren van hoogwaardige ondersteuning aan onze klanten. Je werkt samen met collega's op de Support afdeling om incidenten snel en efficiënt af te handelen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd je eigen kennis en vaardigheden verder ontwikkelt. Jouw rol als 1e lijns support engineer

Als Support Engineer op de eerste lijn bij Interstellar in Enschede ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten bij technische problemen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het registreren, analyseren en oplossen van incidenten, variërend van softwarefouten, hardwarestoringen tot netwerkproblemen. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en technische expertise bied je effectieve ondersteuning op afstand en zorg je voor een snelle en nauwkeurige afhandeling van serviceverzoeken. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's en leveranciers om complexe problemen op te lossen en een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden.

  • Een afgeronde MBO niveau 3 of niveau 4 opleiding in de richting van ICT;
  • Passie voor ICT en een sterke wil om continu te leren en te groeien;
  • Sterke klantgerichtheid en stressbestendigheid, waardoor je effectief kunt omgaan met diverse klantvragen en technische uitdagingen;
  • Je bent fulltime 40 uur beschikbaar;
  • Proactieve en initiatiefrijke houding, met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en kansen te identificeren.
