Bij Interstellar zoeken we een Senior Engineer die vooruitkijkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en meebouwt aan stabiele, schaalbare en toekomstbestendige IT‑omgevingen binnen Managed Services.

Jouw missie

Als 3e lijns Support Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, optimaliseren en doorontwikkelen van meerdere klantomgevingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat IT‑systemen betrouwbaar, veilig en klaar voor de toekomst zijn. Niet alleen door incidenten op te lossen, maar door proactief te verbeteren, innovaties door te voeren en klanten strategisch te adviseren. Je bent een vaste technische sparringpartner voor jouw klanten en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verhogen van klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit van dienstverlening en kennisniveau binnen het team.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technische fundament van jouw klantomgevingen. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • fungeert als vast technisch aanspreekpunt voor Managed Services klanten;
  • complexe vraagstukken analyseert en vertaalt naar duurzame oplossingen;
  • IT‑omgevingen beheert, optimaliseert en voorbereidt op toekomstige uitdagingen;
  • technologische innovaties implementeert en regulier onderhoud uitvoert;
  • technische projecten uitvoert, zoals migraties, implementaties en upgrades;
  • overzicht bewaart op openstaande tickets en technische acties coördineert binnen klanttrajecten;
  • verwachtingen actief managet richting klanten en interne stakeholders;
  • bijdraagt aan kennisdeling door documentatie, coaching en mentoring van collega’s;
  • proactief verbetermogelijkheden signaleert in processen en dienstverlening.

Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt vooruit en blijft rustig onder druk. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende klantomgevingen en prioriteiten, zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. Je communiceert helder, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet technische keuzes overtuigend over te brengen.

Dit neem je mee

Je bent technisch sterk, klantgericht en voelt je thuis in een senior rol met eigenaarschap. Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • MBO4/HBO werk‑ en denkniveau (bij voorkeur ICT);
  • minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in systeembeheer en projectuitvoering;
  • diepgaande kennis van Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure en Intune;
  • ervaring met het uitvoeren van technische projecten;
  • een proactieve houding en de drive om jezelf én het team continu te verbeteren.
