Jouw rol als Kubernetes Engineer

Als Kubernetes Engineer word jij hét technische geweten voor container‑platformen bij onze klanten. Je werkt aan complexe cloud‑native omgevingen, denkt mee over architectuur en tilt Kubernetes‑implementaties naar een hoger niveau. Je lost bugs op waar anderen niet uitkomen, deelt je kennis met collega’s én helpt klanten om hun platformen future‑proof te maken.

Jij gaat je bezighouden met:

  • Het ontwerpen, beheren en optimaliseren van Kubernetes‑omgevingen
  • Troubleshooting van complexe issues op infrastructuur‑, container‑ en cluster‑niveau
  • Meedenken over architectuur en best practices
  • Automatiseren met Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC)
  • Werken met public cloud‑platformen (Azure, AWS of GCP)
  • Samenwerken met klanten en collega’s om oplossingen slimmer en veiliger te maken

Jouw skillset

Must‑haves

  • Ervaring als Kubernetes Engineer
  • Sterk in architectuur, debugging en root cause analyses
  • Ervaring met Azure, AWS of GCP
  • Ervaring met IaC: Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation of Bicep
  • Je deelt graag kennis en communiceert helder met klanten én collega’s

Bonuspunten (geen must, wel heel fijn)

  • Werkervaring in de Managed Hosting branche
  • Ervaring met Helm Charts
  • Diepe kennis van software‑ontwikkelprocessen of software‑architectuur
  • CKA / CKAD / CKS gecertificeerd
  • Ervaring met: Nginx, Traefik en/of HAProxy GitLab CI ArgoCD Ceph (block/file/object storage)
