Votre mission :

Vous contribuez activement au développement commercial de l’entreprise en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités auprès de prospects professionnels. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la prospection et la relation avec les décideurs, tout en accompagnant l’équipe commerciale dans sa réussite.

Vos activités :

Téléprospection Vous contactez des prospects et décideurs d’entreprises variées, en vous appuyant sur notre base de données qualifiée dans Salesforce. Votre objectif est de détecter de nouvelles opportunités et de construire des relations professionnelles durables et de qualité.

Gestion des appels entrants Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour nos prospects, offrant une expérience fluide et professionnelle. Vous répondez à leurs questions et orientez les échanges pour garantir des interactions efficaces.

Gestion de l’agenda des commerciaux Vous organisez et optimisez les rendez-vous afin de garantir des échanges productifs et bien préparés pour l’équipe commerciale.

Mise à jour de la base de données Vous veillez à la tenue et à la qualité des informations dans Salesforce, contribuant à des analyses commerciales précises et à une prospection personnalisée.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) engagé(e), orienté(e) résultats et à l’aise dans un environnement commercial BtoB exigeant.

  • Autonomie et rigueur : organisé(e), autonome et doté(e) d’un excellent sens de l’écoute
  • Aisance téléphonique : excellente élocution et confort dans les échanges téléphoniques professionnels
  • Compétences digitales : maîtrise des outils CRM (Salesforce est un plus), aisance avec le web et les réseaux sociaux
  • Bonne culture du marché et des nouvelles technologies pour anticiper les besoins des prospects
  • Niveau d’études : SC / HSC ou Bac+2 ou équivalent

Expérience :

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un environnement commercial (assistant(e) commercial(e) ou équivalent)
  • Expérience en vente directe ou en prise de rendez-vous appréciée
  • Expérience dans l’univers des solutions SaaS est un plus
  • Maîtrise de Salesforce appréciée

  • Horaires : 11h à 19h (heure locale)

  • Contrat 40 heures
  • Rémunération fixe + variable sur objectifs
  • Primes de performance déplafonnées pouvant multiplier jusqu’à 3 fois le salaire de base
