The posting

Buscamos um(a) Analista Sênior de Contabilidade para apoiar um momento estratégico da companhia. Esse(a) profissional será responsável por garantir a qualidade dos processos contábeis, apoiar o fechamento financeiro, preparar Demonstrações Financeiras e atuar como parceiro(a) na implementação do ERP Protheus, trabalhando de forma integrada com as áreas de Finanças e a contabilidade terceirizada.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Conduzir e acompanhar o fechamento contábil mensal e anual em conjunto com a contabilidade externa, garantindo a acuracidade dos registros;
  • Preparar e revisar Demonstrações Financeiras (DFs) e notas explicativas, assegurando conformidade com as normas contábeis;
  • Atuar como key user contábil na implementação do TOTVS Protheus, validando parametrizações, migração de dados e processos;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, preparando documentações e atendendo às solicitações dos auditores;
  • Elaborar e revisar contratos de rateio (Service Agreements) entre empresas do grupo, garantindo correta contabilização e conformidade fiscal;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas de FP&A, Tesouraria e Contas a Pagar/Receber para conciliações, análises e melhorias de processos;
  • Garantir a qualidade das conciliações contábeis e apoiar a evolução dos controles internos;
  • Desenhar e implementar processos contabeis.

O que buscamos

  • Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Sólida experiência em fechamento contábil, conciliações e elaboração de Demonstrações Financeiras;
  • Experiência com os módulos contábeis do TOTVS Protheus;
  • Conhecimento das normas contábeis (CPC/IFRS);
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado à resolução de problemas;
  • Excelente capacidade de relacionamento e comunicação com diferentes áreas;
  • Forte senso de ownership, autonomia e comprometimento com prazos;
  • Experiência no varejo.

  • Experiência com rotinas fiscais e tributárias;
