Buscamos um Senior Software Engineer / AI Builder para construir a próxima geração da plataforma de omnichannel fulfillment da Inventa.

Você fará parte de um ambiente onde criamos as condições ideais para incorporar Inteligência Artificial generativa ao fluxo de desenvolvimento, sempre com foco em resolver problemas reais de negócio.

Construímos tecnologia utilizada diariamente pelo nosso time operacional e pelas marcas parceiras, sempre com foco em melhorar a experiência do cliente e aumentar a eficiência do nosso negócio.

Valorizamos profissionais que utilizam IA para acelerar discovery, desenho de produto e desenvolvimento (Cursor, Claude Code ou ferramentas similares), sem abrir mão de boas práticas de engenharia, arquitetura e qualidade de código.

O que você fará

  • Identificar gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria para clientes e operação.
  • Projetar e desenvolver soluções para aumentar eficiência e escalabilidade.
  • Automatizar processos críticos em parceria com os times de Operações e Produto.
  • Construir pipelines de dados e integrações entre múltiplos sistemas em tempo real.
  • Desenvolver protótipos de alto impacto, validar com usuários e evoluir para produção.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Produto, Dados e Plataforma para transformar necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas.
  • Definir métricas de impacto e acompanhar os resultados das iniciativas da squad.
  • Experimentar agentes de IA e automações inteligentes sempre que agregarem valor ao produto ou ao fluxo de desenvolvimento.

O que buscamos

Requisitos

  • Sólida experiência em engenharia de software, desenvolvendo sistemas de produção (independente da linguagem).
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de software e capacidade de tomar decisões considerando velocidade de entrega, escalabilidade e performance.
  • Visão de produto para identificar oportunidades, priorizar impacto e traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas.
  • Alto nível de autonomia e ownership, conduzindo projetos do discovery ao deploy.
  • Excelente comunicação para atuar com stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com desenvolvimento orientado por especificações utilizando agentes de IA (Cursor, Claude Code ou similares).
  • Vivência com automação de processos, integrações e aplicações de IA em operações.
  • Participação em hackathons, projetos open source, builders clubs ou projetos pessoais relevantes.
