Deine Aufgaben

Du sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos läuft – strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit Liebe zum Detail. Als Teil unseres Backoffice-Teams bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Beratung, Verwaltung und Geschäftsführung und trägst dazu bei, dass alle Prozesse rund um unsere Kundinnen und Kunden effizient und professionell ablaufen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Organisation und Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Bearbeitung und Pflege von Kundendaten, Dokumenten und Verträgen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Abläufen, Postbearbeitung und Rechnungswesen
  • Kommunikation mit Eltern, internen Teams und externen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser interner Prozesse und strukturierter Ablage
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und hast ein Auge für Details
  • Du hast Freude daran, Ordnung zu schaffen und Prozesse zu optimieren
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung mit
