Bei Invest4Kids unterstützen wir Eltern dabei, die finanzielle Zukunft ihrer Kinder aktiv zu gestalten. Wir zeigen Familien, wie sie schon heute beginnen können, langfristig Vermögen aufzubauen und ihren Kindern Sicherheit zu schenken – mit echter Aufklärung statt komplizierten Finanzbegriffen.

Damit wir noch mehr Eltern erreichen, suchen wir eine Setter/in (m/w/d), die oder der mit Empathie, Klarheit und Freude am Austausch arbeitet.

In dieser Rolle bist du die erste Ansprechperson für interessierte Eltern – du führst telefonische Vorgespräche, erklärst unser Konzept, beantwortest Fragen und rettest den passenden Termin mit unseren Finanzexpert/innen. Dabei geht es nicht um Kaltakquise, sondern um ehrliche Kommunikation: Du hilfst Eltern, den richtigen Einstieg in ein wichtiges Thema zu finden.

Du sorgst dafür, dass sich jede Familie verstanden und gut aufgehoben fühlt, dokumentierst Gespräche, bleibst im Austausch mit dem Beratungsteam und trägst dazu bei, dass aus Interesse Vertrauen entsteht.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst telefonische Erstgespräche mit interessierten Eltern und erklärst unser Konzept verständlich und empathisch
  • Du qualifizierst Anfragen und settest passende Beratungstermine mit unseren Finanzexpert/innen
  • Du beantwortest Fragen, gibst Orientierung und begleitest Eltern auf ihrem Weg zur richtigen Entscheidung
  • Du dokumentierst Gespräche sorgfältig und arbeitest eng mit dem Beratungsteam zusammen
  • Du bringst Ideen ein, um Prozesse im Kundenmanagement weiterzuentwickeln und die Qualität der Gespräche stetig zu verbessern
