Bei Investforwomen begleiten wir Frauen auf ihrem Weg zur finanziellen Unabhängigkeit. Als Senior Manager/in Digitales Marketing bist du Teil unseres Marketing-Teams und verantwortest unseren Auftritt auf Instagram und TikTok, vom Redaktionsplan über die Produktion bis zur Auswertung. Du entscheidest selbst über Formate, Themen und Rhythmus und sorgst dafür, dass aus Reichweite echte Anfragen werden.

Die Stelle startet als Senior-Position mit viel eigener Umsetzung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle von Investforwomen auf Instagram und TikTok
  • Redaktionsplanung, Themenfindung und Priorisierung: Du entscheidest über Formate, Inhalte und Veröffentlichungsrhythmus
  • Konzeption und Produktion von Reels, Posts und Stories, vor und hinter der Kamera, inklusive Briefings für Shootings
  • Content mit Ziel: Du baust Inhalte so auf, dass aus Reichweite qualifizierte Anfragen werden
  • Tests zu Hooks, Formatlängen und Posting-Zeiten sowie Auswertung von Reichweite, Engagement, Wachstum und Anfragen
  • Wöchentliche Updates und eine monatliche Auswertung mit klaren Empfehlungen für Marketing-Teamleitung und Geschäftsführung
  • Community Management: Kommentare, Nachrichten und kritische Stimmen souverän und im Ton unserer Marke beantworten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Ads Management sowie Kooperationspartner/innen und Creator/innen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Social Media Management, inhouse bei einer Marke oder in einer Agentur mit eigener Kanalverantwortung
  • Du hast Kanäle wachsen lassen und kannst zeigen, welche Formate warum funktioniert haben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Instagram, TikTok und Meta, inklusive Formaten, Algorithmus und Trends
  • Du liest Insights, erkennst Muster und leitest daraus konkrete Änderungen ab
  • Gespür für Text, Bildsprache und Storytelling und keine Scheu vor der Kamera
  • Du triffst den Ton für Frauen, die ihre Finanzen selbst in die Hand nehmen wollen, ohne belehrend zu klingen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Canva, CapCut und Planungstools wie Notion
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, setzt schnell um und bringst eigene Ideen mit
  • Du willst mittelfristig Verantwortung für ein Team übernehmen
  • Interesse an Finanzen, Gleichberechtigung und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Du wohnst in Kiel oder Umgebung oder ziehst her, denn die Stelle ist nicht remote besetzbar

Kein Muss, aber ein Plus: Erfahrung mit Finanz- oder Bildungsthemen, Grundwissen in Paid Social und erste Erfahrung darin, Werkstudierende oder Freelancer anzuleiten.
