Du studierst Informatik oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang und willst neben der Uni sehen, wie IT in einem wachsenden Unternehmen im Alltag funktioniert? Dann bist du bei Investforwomen richtig.

Bei Investforwomen begleiten wir Frauen auf ihrem Weg zur finanziellen Unabhängigkeit. Damit unser Team das jeden Tag gut machen kann, müssen Geräte, Zugänge und Tools einfach laufen. Als Werkstudent/in IT unterstützt du das Backoffice bei allem, was rund um IT anfällt, und bist im Büro die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn etwas hakt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einrichtung von MacBooks, iPhones und Arbeitsplätzen für neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Anlegen und Entziehen von Accounts und Zugängen beim On- und Offboarding, inklusive Passwortmanager
  • Erste Hilfe bei IT-Fragen im Büro, ob Laptop, WLAN, Drucker, Videocall oder Login
  • Pflege unserer Geräte- und Lizenzübersicht, damit wir jederzeit wissen, wer was nutzt
  • Verständliche Anleitungen für unser internes Wiki in Notion, damit Standardfragen gar nicht erst entstehen
  • Mitarbeit an kleineren Projekten, zum Beispiel beim Automatisieren wiederkehrender Abläufe oder beim Einführen neuer Tools

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang, idealerweise im 2. oder 3. Semester, damit wir über mehrere Semester zusammenarbeiten können
  • Du kannst etwa 10 Stunden pro Woche bei uns im Büro in Kiel sein
  • Du kennst dich mit macOS und iOS aus oder arbeitest dich schnell ein
  • Du erklärst Technik so, dass auch Kolleg/innen ohne IT-Hintergrund dir gern zuhören
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, gerade bei Zugängen und Daten, und gehst vertraulich mit Informationen um
  • Du fragst nach, wenn etwas unklar ist, und bleibst dran, bis ein Problem wirklich gelöst ist
  • Kein Muss, aber ein Plus: Erfahrung mit Notion, gängigen Cloud-Tools oder einem Passwortmanager und erste Berührungspunkte mit Skripten oder Automatisierung.
